1851 Club is the place to go! Everyone is so welcoming and kind. Dalton, the owner, is so sweet and they really want everyone to feel at home here. They offer great drinks as well and the drag nights are my personal favorite! Definitely add this to your weekend plans

Shane, Dalton, and Chris are the best! Always attentive bartenders with great drink ideas and very personable. Great drag shows as well.

Had a blast with my friends here. The show started late but was worth the wait! So fun, smaller and more intimate type setting. We had a good time!

I had a good time during both of my visits to the 1851. My first time was during Feb 2020, I had showed up pretty late on a Saturday night looking for a place to dance! I walked in and it wasn't as busy as I'd hoped. One of the few customers there explained that, since there hadn't been a drag show that night, the turnout was definitely affected. Despite the low turnout, the few people that did show up were dancing and having a good time so, the vibe was still there and, that motivated me to start dancing too. Ultimately, I stayed until they were close to closing and, I left with a good first impression. For my second visit, I had learned beforehand that, the Arlington Pride 2025 After Party would be held at the 1851. When I showed up, I couldn't remember if they had a cover fee from last time but, I was pleasantly surprised when, I saw that they weren't charging a cover fee that night. Unlike last time, they had staff checking IDs to get in. The place was packed for the After Party! I went straight for the bar but, I realized they didn't have a drink menu so, I took a chance and asked for a Lemon Drop, and they were able to make it for me. The Lemon Drop was average but, for the cheap price, I didn't mind that. Be aware that, the large crowd did create an equally long wait for everyone in line at the bar. I guess that comes with finally getting to see a drag show here, and the crowd that comes with it. After they finished the show, the dance floor opened up for everyone so, I couldn't resist joining the crowded dance floor too. The crowd had filled out the club so much that, it felt like the building and the dancefloor had gotten smaller, haha! It was a magical experience and I can't wait to come back again.

This place feels like home every time! The staff work hard to ensure everyone is acknowledged and appreciated, and the patrons make everyone feel like family. The work that goes into their regular and annual events is awesome-inspiring, and love and inclusion is at the center of all of it!

First time we visited and it definitely won't be the last. The show was amazing. Not too crowded and we reserved a table ahead of time to ensure we were comfortable. Hands down the drinks were on point and the prices were AMAZING. The only complaint we had was the lack of bar service. It was a decent crowd, but only 2 bartenders which we had to wait a bit for service. Outside of that we felt at home.

Visiting Dallas for the holiday weekend and stumbled upon this place after dinner nearby! The staff was super nice and friendly and attentive to my guests and I needs. The owner of the bar even came over and introduced himself and was attentive also throughout the night Luckily we came on drag night and the gworls put on a great show!!! I would definitely come back when visiting.

Kiana was absolutely amazing—hands down the best performer of the night. From the moment I walked in, her energy and vibes made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. It was my first time, and she truly went above and beyond to make sure I had an unforgettable experience. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does, and it shows in how she connects with people and lights up the room. She really made my night, and I couldn’t have asked for a better host. Highly recommend—Kiana is a star. ✨
